Fuel additives, oil additives, even weird looking clamp on devices are lining the shelves and filling up websites these days. The oil crunch has certainly opened the market to a host of 'miracle' fix products. Yet incredible as it may seem, here is what the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's consumer report says about gas saving products : " The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has evaluated or tested more than 100 alleged gas-saving devices and has not found any product that significantly improves gas mileage. In fact, some "gas-saving" products may damage a car's engine or cause substantial increases in exhaust emissions."
How is it possible that none of these products have succeeded in showing any truly significant benefit? What makes Ryden any different?
In a word, everything.
Simply put, nearly all the devices on the market today are basically designed to provide an inexpensive tune-up. They are designed to try and reclaim some of the lost fuel economy of older cars by cleaning clogged lines and injection systems with acetone-based and other relatively inexpensive chemicals and additives. The effectiveness of these products varies greatly. Many work on a 'continued-use' basis, yet seldom (if ever) draw repeat users. Without exception they are all either added to your gas tank, to your engine oil, or somehow tamper with your fuel line. The 'data' used to substantiate their claims often is:
"obtained by using cars that have not been tuned up for some time, with the 'test' vehicles receiving a full maintenance routine at the time the product is added, ". Fully knowing the actual limited degree of their effectiveness, most of these products do not even bother to apply for patents. They all rely on the simple approach of promised (yet rarely documented) fuel savings and slick packaging to sell their wares. We urge you to read the FTC report. http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2004/11/fuelsaver.htm Then read this article: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/autos/gasave.htm
By comparison:
Ryden is the first product of its kind to be invented and manufactured in Japan.
Ryden is the end result of years of intensive research, perfected through world-renowned Japanese technology.
Ryden is the first product specifically developed as a serious solution for meeting the goals set by the Kyoto Accord.
The astonishing benefits of negative ions are recognized by scientists and engineers the world over.
Ryden will not void your warranty or harm your vehicle in any way.
Ryden is the first and only negative ionic application introduced through the cooling channels of the engine block. Its effectiveness increases steadily over time. It does not need to be added again and again.
Ryden is the first fuel saver/emission reducer to provide truly substantiated data. All cars tested at the Japanese Ministry of Transport facilities were professional tuned by government certified mechanics BEFORE Ryden was added.
Ryden is in the process of applying for patents world wide.
